Aletheia Vision
Aletheia Academies Trust welcome those of all faiths, and none, and are proud of the inclusive nature and diversity of each cohort. We are motivated by Christian values to serve our communities by improving the life chances of local children. Our academies seek to embody the experience of community; where gifts are shared, where the emphasis is on what can be contributed and where each is given according to need.
At the heart of Aletheia is the belief in educational excellence and the belief that Aletheia is called to serve pupils, staff, parents and the local community, by providing places where everyone has the ability to develop and thrive intellectually, socially, culturally and spiritually.
Aletheia achieves its success through:

Equality Objectives
Aletheia Academies Trust’s overarching Equality Objectives are:
- To provide professional development which continues to support staff to promote equality and diversity routinely in their daily activity.
- To provide an environment in which diverse people are welcomed, respected and protected.
- To use performance data to monitor student achievement and respond to variations between groups of learners, subjects, courses and key stages, to trends over time and to comparisons with other schools.
