Rosherville C of E Primary Academy aims to develop lifelong learners that have a clear understanding of the world in which we live, through the acquisition of skills and knowledge. 

Christian values underpin all life and learning in the school. It enables children to contribute, collaborate and flourish in a global society, whilst aiming that they become independent, responsible citizens with a love of learning. As well as Christian values, Rosherville promotes British Values and implements its behaviour policy by following four principles (respect, responsibility, readiness and safety), which all the children recognise and understand.

Rosherville has been a part of Aletheia Academies Trust since 2018.
