This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and this years theme is Nature and the Environment!
The evidence is clear that access to nature is crucial for our mental health and millions of people re-discovered that during lockdowns this year. However, this was not the same for all of us. We want to explore what the barriers are and ensure everyone is able to share in the natural world and experience the mental health benefits.
All week we will be posting activities for you to do to make you feel better!

Email your submission and completed application form to firstname.lastname@example.org before 5pm on Friday 12th February.
There are 1x £30 and 5x £10 book vouchers available for each age group. The winners will be announced on the 22nd February.
