Adrian has a wealth of knowledge surrounding the area of school improvement. During his first senior role, as a deputy head of a primary school in Essex, the school was graded as one of the top 10 most improved schools in the country. With the progression of his career then taking him to Barking and Dagenham, he became a non-teaching deputy in a two-form entry primary (Roding). Which, after an ‘Outstanding’ OFSTED judgement in 2005, the Senior Leadership Team were approached by the Local Authority to expand its provision from 420 pupils on one site to 1260 on two. Adrian then transitioned from Head of School for the original site, as a temporary site was opened and closed. Before eventually becoming Head of School of the 4-form entry campus and in 2018 was appointed as the Executive Head of what was, at the time, one of the biggest primary schools in the country.
Sam has a wide range of experience within the education sector, with the start of her career focusing largely on SEND and growing into leadership roles, including head of provision and SENCO. In 2009, Sam accepted the role of headteacher of a new Primary School in Dartford and led the strategy for the successful opening and running of the school. The school achieved two securely good OFSTEDs. Then In 2014, Sam became an executive headteacher, leading her Dartford School and Cecil Road School in Gravesend. She supported the deputies at Cecil Rd in addressing the OFSTED actions that had led to a previous judgement of ‘Requires Improvement’ and through her actions they later achieved a securely ‘Good’ OFTSED outcome. Within her previous trust, Sam was appointed as Executive Headteacher of three schools, where she deployed two of the trust leaders to drive the school improvement agenda forward, whilst overseeing the standards for the Primary phase Trust wide.
Tim has vast primary leadership experience. He has worked in schools in Medway for over twenty years, much of which in leadership positions. During this time, Tim has been a Lead Mathematics Teacher, an NQT Induction Trainer and has worked with Sports England to develop the teaching of PE is primary education. He has a NPQH and is an active Local Leader of Education. Tim has served as Executive Headteacher of two primary schools, one of which remains outstanding. Tim is passionate about curriculum planning and ensuring that every child is given the right opportunities to succeed.
Sarah was previously a Deputy Head Teacher responsible for teaching, learning and assessment of a large 3 Form Entry primary school. Sarah has experience of successfully leading a large primary school through a particularly challenging period. She has gained significant experience working with leaders of local schools as part of her role, as a Specialist Leader of Education, and in reviewing schools nationally as part of the Challenge Partners network to support school improvement. She has attained an NPQH.
